Funky Floral Design reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability. Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. In the unlikely event of your choice of colour not being available we reserve the right to replace it to the closest available.

Delivery charges apply to all orders under £30.00 in Rochdale and all orders for delivery outside of Rochdale
For you order to be successfully processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details, postcode and telephone number.
Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.
Once we receive your order we will automatically send you an email confirming you order details, you will also be issued an order reference no for any future correspondence.
Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to delivery of any increased delivery charges.
We are not able to guarantee a time of delivery. Our orders arrive between 9am and 5pm.

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund.
This does not apply to Wedding cancellations please ask for further details.
Your custom is very valuable to us. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered once it is delivered, please call our team on 01706 521252. We will review your comments you have and should the cause be related to circumstances within our control, we will consider a full refund or re-delivery of your chosen product.
Naturally we are working with fresh seasonal ingredients that are often affected by the climate and can as such, have unpredictable availability. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your chosen product, or elements in it, we will work with the florists to substitute the affected ingredients using the most appropriate alternative to ensure your fresh flowers have a similar colour, style, shape and size.
If the product you ordered was damaged on receipt, we will offer a full refund or re-delivery of the product at the next convenient date for your recipient.
If the product you have chosen was delivered late, we will refund the full cost of delivery on your affected order.
In the event of non delivery as the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to make contact by telephone by using the contact number(s) given on the order to arrange redelivery. Failing this we will leave a calling card with instructions for the recipient to make contact to arrange re-delivery. If following a second delivery attempt, we are still unable to deliver, we regrettably are unable to offer a refund or complimentary re-delivery.
Funky Floral Design is fully committed to providing you with the best service possible. If you are not satisfied in anyway with the service that you have received please let us know and your complaint will be investigated. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that Funky Floral Design website and or the Funky Floral Design Service is fully operational and error free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of Funky Floral Design website and or the Funky Floral Design Service. We shall be released from our obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control, (i.e. acts of Mother Nature, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, and drought) which renders the provision of Funky Floral Design website and or the Funky Floral Design Service impossible or practical.
