Hand-tieds
If your hand tied design arrives, aqua packed in water within our signature designer bag, for best results carefully remove flowers from all packaging, pierce the water bubble and drain into the sink. The flowers are tied and designed to go into a clean vase. Avoid cutting the tie as the will spoil your design.
Remember to top up the water daily with a small amount of lukewarm water and flower food provided. To prolong vase life change the water every 2 days.
Place your flowers in a light cool position away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, radiators and other appliances that give off heat.

Arrangements

Do not allow oasis to become dry or water logged
Top up with water daily with a small jug
Always place arrangements on non porous surfaces to prevent water damage

Keep flowers away from ripening fruit as tiny amounts of Ethylene Gas are released, making flowers age faster. For the same reason remove individual flowers as they fade.

Lily Pollen – The best way to avoid Lily Pollen staining, is to remove the stamens when the Lilies open. Note: Lily pollen may stain clothing and furnishing. Use sticky tape to remove it, do not use water or try to brush it off. It can also be harmful to pets if ingested.

REMEMBER THE COOLER THE ROOM TEMPERATURE, THE LONGER YOUR FLOWERS WILL KEEP!
